A Legacy of Excellence in Commercial Real Estate

Woodvale is a premier commercial real estate firm specializing in the acquisition, development, and asset management of commercial properties across the Southeastern United States. For four decades, our seasoned team—boasting over 100 years of combined experience—has excelled in executing transformative real estate projects. By leveraging top-tier analytics and our expansive network of industry experts, we evaluate, capitalize, and successfully execute even the most challenging commercial real estate ventures.

Originally formed as a consolidation of independent real estate ventures, each with a unique specialization—ranging from state-of-the-art media production and clean energy manufacturing to select-service hospitality and mixed-use developments—Woodvale has built extensive expertise across various commercial real estate segments. Our deep understanding of real estate development, equity and debt capitalization, and debt restructuring positions us as a comprehensive solutions provider in today’s dynamic market.

Founded in 1981 as a family business under the brand B.C. Investment and Realty, Woodvale initially focused on the hospitality sector before rapidly expanding into retail, industrial, and land assets. Today, under our current leadership, Woodvale manages $500 million in assets and oversees a diverse portfolio of over 30 development projects, including multifamily communities and large-scale media campuses.

While our acquisitions and developments are driven by a commitment to generating optimal returns for investors, our mission extends beyond financial success. At Woodvale, we are dedicated to creating projects that leave a lasting, positive impact on the communities we serve. By envisioning developments through the eyes of community members and complementing this perspective with our professional expertise, we strive to uplift neighborhoods and create spaces where people can live, work, and play. Our projects generate meaningful change, with ripples felt at local, municipal, individual, and global levels.
